✔ Test and rectify faults or adjust as necessary
✔ Equipment cleaned if required

✔ Condition of gates, hinges, gate stops and other gate furniture
✔ Check operators for condition, damage, wear etc.
✔ Check sealing of control box, audio link, photocells and other control equipment
✔ Asses condition and operation of all control equipment
✔ Carry out electrical inspection and earth insulation test on motors and their cables
✔ Structural state of barrier support
✔ Condition of barrier, hinges, gate stops and other barrier furniture
✔ Check operators for condition, damage, wear etc.
✔ Barrier alignment and ground clearance
✔ Check sealing of control box, audio link, photocells and other control equipment
✔ Asses condition and operation of all control equipment
✔ Carry out electrical inspection and earth insulation test on motors and their cables
✔ Covers: Intercoms, keypads and fob or card-based systems of any make and model
✔ Check keypads, fob readers and fixings for wear or damage
✔ Check Intercom door stations for signs of wear and damage and for audio and video
quality and adjust if applicable
✔ Check visible cabling for signs of damage
✔ Check exit buttons and green break glasses are free from damage, secure and are
functioning correctly
✔ Check power supply unit voltage check, and check fixings and wear
✔ Battery back up to be load tested, age checked and inspected for signs of swelling
or damage

✔ Connections to other equipment checked e.g. automatic doors, gates, and barriers
