This allows for flexibility and better security with different levels of access for each master keying system. For instance, a master key can open all locks, a sub-master key can access a subset, and individual keys only open specific locks. It’s perfect for large properties or organisations, simplifying key management and access control.
Master keying helps streamline security operations, reduces the number of keys needed, and provides controlled access to different areas of a building.
AC Leigh has extensive experience designing keys for large buildings, such as universities, colleges, and hotels. We work to design bespoke systems for our customers using advanced and highly secure software. The bespoke designs are sent to our networked cutting and stamping machines, with all lock systems checked before dispatch – whether they are a 5-lock system or 20,000-lock system. We understand that your ongoing security is paramount, so every master keying system is registered to the owner and only authorised signatories can order additional keys and locks.
AC Leigh has its own workshop in Norwich where the design and build of these high-security key systems takes place, and where we keep a record of the full key system, locks suppliers and keys supplied.
