It fully satisfys EN179 emergency applications, so should never be utilised in places open to the public. As it belongs to the Briton 372 range it is CE marked and comes with a mancufacturers warranty of 5 years.

It is ideal for doors which are up to 1300mm wide and 2500mm high, however, you can get option extensions for doors which fall outside the height range. Also, the vertical bolts give a level of security and work with the Briton 1413E outside access devices.
