A cast Monkeytail Fastener which is reversible and therefore allows use on either left or right handed windows. Ideal for windows with a draught seal due to the Mortice Plate allowing the pulling of the window as far as the seal allows. Comes with a mortice plate for single windows & a hook plate for use with a central mullion.

This product is cast from very high quality solid brass and is given a unique ‘Antique’ look in it’s finish. The finish has been treated to speed up the natural tarnishing process which produces the antique feel of the product. It is burnished making it smooth in appearance and is used as an alternative finish where a highly polished surface is not desired. The finish is un-lacquered, will tarnish naturally causing the aged patina to darken with time (a semi gloss finish can be achieved by using Brasso).
